🚀 LAUUNCH! Incubation Program: The Deco AI Journey
As part of the LAUUNCH! Incubation Program Cohort 3, we worked with Deco AI’s founder Ricky Chan and his team of experienced property specialists, 3D designers and engineers extensively on their go-to-market strategy, B2B SaaS business model and pitch advisory.
The team have also successfully secured venture investment from Hong Kong-based property real estate brokerage Midland Holdings (SEHK: 1200).
📈 WNJ’s Sector Analysis: Proptech
Whilst Proptech remains a cyclical market, it’s size (estimated globally at US$40.5bn in 2024) and growth potential remains significant. Yet, it is the laser-focus on a niche sub-sector by Deco AI that caught our attention, dedicating its product and service proposition to a selective and underserved group of interior designers, renovators and designers.

Upon graduation from our LAUUNCH! Incubation Program, Deco AI is well-equipped with a customised tech product and a well-defined Go-to-Market strategy and we believe the team is well positioned for its next stage of growth.
