Meet our New Advisor, Lee Murphy.
Today we’re delighted to announce that seasoned Tech HR Executive and former CHRO of FWD Group Lee Murphy is joining our advisory board at WNJ Ventures.
In his 25 years career, Lee has worked in senior leadership roles across global technology companies such as Google, Microsoft, Nokia and most recently pan-Asian insurer, FWD Group. During this period, he has lived, worked and led teams across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
Lee will be an advisor to our firm and our entrepreneurs on several aspects:
- As technology continues to advance at an ever-emerging pace, Lee will help us understand the scope and nature of the opportunities in front of us and our industry.
- To manage our fast-growing portfolio, Lee will act as a strategic mentor for selective portfolio companies, LAUUNCH! program incubatees and our team at WNJ Ventures.
- And finally, Lee’s deep insights and expertise across global economics and institutions will be a crucial part of our mission to help our startups expand globally.
